Excellent service and delicious food. Our server, Esmeralda, was fantastic. I was delighted by the decorative chip. We will come back again.

Carlos was a great server! Attentive and knowledable. Our food came out fast and hot making for a pleasant dining experience. We tried Al Pastor tacos and a cheese enchilada. Would dine here again.

For many years, I have been searching for high quality smothered burritos. I always crave smothered burritos, but have struggled to find places that smother them the way I want. One night, I stumbled across La Fountain, where my dreams came true. I will proudly say that La Fountain is the absolute best restaurant for smothered burritos. I ordered the chili verde smothered burrito and was amazed at how smothered it was. It was the most delicious smothered burrito I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t even begin to explain how excited and satisfied I was. This is the smothered burrito I have been searching for for many years, and I finally found it. Aside from the heavenly smothered burrito, everything else was perfect too. The chips and salsa were a delightful start. The margarita I ordered was huge and very tasty. I’m excited to come back and try the other margaritas. The service was exceptional too. Our server was very kind, caring, and attentive. I truly felt at home here. Thank you, La Fountain, for completing the part of me that was missing. I now have a place to call “home” for my smothered burrito cravings.

We went here at lunchtime, and my husband ordered steak fajitas, and I ordered a chili relleno with rice and beans. The food was delicious. They also served us salsas, one mild, and the other a little spicy, with chips. Both were tasty. Portions were generous, and we liked everything served.

This is our go to spot here in Sandy. The food is excellent, the service is great, and you do not have to wait to get a table. The food has excellent flavor, they always bring out fresh chips and salsa when you run out. Specifically, we had the flautas and the Chicken fajitas. The beans and rice were on point and seriously some of the best we have ever had. Price is very reasonable. Overall, I do not understand the negative reviews of this place. I have been to several Tex-mex restaurants and this is easily the best one in Utah. Keep up the great work!

Went out to a new place tonight (Saturday 7:45pm) with my wife. We got there and we're seated immediately. Our waitress brought out the menus, chips and salsa, we loved the nice chunky salsa. I ordered their large combination platter ($13.49) with a Cheese Enchilada, Tostada, Taco, Burrito, Rice, Beans, Chile Verde and One Flour Tortilla. You can add Smothered $2.99 with cheese $3.99 [Any substitutions $1.99). My wife ordered the Chilie Verde Smothered Burritos w/ Cheese on top ($15.99). You can add Cheese & Onions.$16.49 The atmosphere was pleasant and our waitress was really attentive. Brought us more chips and salsa and kept our drinks coming. The food was great and really large servings. We'll definitely be going back and try more of their entrees.

Seriously delicious! Come here every time I’m in town (at least once or twice a month) and crave it when I’m away. The blended salsa is my favorite! I highly recommend this place to everyone that enjoys delicious food!! Huge portions that make good leftovers.

I ordered the Ground Beef Chimichanga Platter, and had it smothered in Chili Verde. It was really good! Not a very crispy chimichanga, but great flavors and I was happy with the ground beef. The rice and beans were plentiful and tasted good. I also ordered a Non-alcoholic Mango Margarita, and enjoyed it. I think I'd prefer a different flavor next time, but no regrets trying the mango. It was very cold, and so drinking it while eating a hot chimi was a big mistake as I got two major brain freezes. It made for a good dessert once I finished my meal. My buddy got the Steak & Shrimp Fajitas, and commented that the meat wasn't seasoned, but was good as an entire package. Also, an important note, they provide complimentary chips and salsa with two different salsas. They are not two of the same salsas. One is a more bitter salsa, and not as good in my opinion, and the other is really good salsa (the one with the onion and pepper bits). The service was good. Nallely, or server, was nice and gave helpful suggestions. Spanish is the primary language here, so there were a few questions that didn't translate well, but she was patient as we worked through it. Be proactive if you need a refill. I love the location and the atmosphere of this restaurant. It's a classic American Mexican restaurant with good prices and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of parking too. I enjoyed my visit, and will be back, especially to try more of their drinks.
